(1) In case of inter-provincial land use disputes, the Federal Land Use Council shall resolve such disputes in accordance with the National Land Policy, Land Use Policy, Act and this Regulation.
(2) If there is a dispute related to land use at the inter-local level, the Provincial Land Use Council will resolve the dispute in accordance with the National Land Policy, Land Use Policy, Act and the Provincial Land Use Law in addition to this regulation.
(3) Other procedures related to dispute resolution shall be as determined by the Federal Land Use Council in the case of the inter-province and by the State Land Use Council in the case of the inter-local level.
